GrassrootSE is a quarterly ‘zine focussing on DIY creativity.

Printed on quality recycled paper by a company who use only vegetable oil based inks, and almost zero solvents, GrassrootSE is put together by members of the Something Else festival family and is completely self-funded.

Packed with music reviews, interviews, art, poetry, various features and some inevitable nonsense, each issue of GrassrootSE also comes with a free mixCD full of grassroots original music, and we’ll be paying the artists on it for their contribution.

Any profits will go towards helping grassroots creatives publish their books without outlay, and ensure they receive a fair cut from their work, as well as giving them control over it, and also support the SE project.

Our ‘zine is subscription only, and you can find out more here.

Thank you for your support.
